  Excellent quality plants, cannot be faulted.
  
  Unfortunately their online ordering service is extremely poor and the staff rather unhelpful. I had to chase my order after some time elapsed, was told they had lost part of my payment details so it hadn't been processed and then a few days later received an out of stock notice. I asked for a feedback form as mentioned on their website but was told I needed to reply to my notice of dispatch email although I didn't receive one. Bit disappointing.

  Don't deal with these people, I bought some euphorbia plants online, they charged top dollar per plant with super-high delivery charge for what were essentially little more than plug plants. Very disappointed, Customer Services Manager refused to offer a discount on the sub-size plants, a very unhelpful lady who doesn't understand the benefits of gaining customer loyalty and getting repeat purchase!

  Went for lunch very overpriced. Limited menu and no option for children had an open sandwich which means one piece of bread served with curried cous cous and salad leaves. £7.95 certainly not value for money. With all the healthy food thought it would have offered soya milk as an alternative but it didn't . The other problem was the wasps inside and out of the cafe area appreciate not a lot can be done about that. Won't be back!
